At Frye, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unused merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging and shoe boxes, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely seal the shipping carton with the return label on the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of being received at our warehouse.
